Refund Policy
1. Overview
StreamVault IPTV provides digital streaming services that are activated immediately upon payment. Due to the instant nature of service delivery, our refund policy is limited but fair. We encourage all new customers to take advantage of our free 24-hour trial before purchasing a paid subscription.
This policy applies to all StreamVault IPTV subscription plans and reseller packages.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You may be entitled to a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Service not activated: Your subscription was paid for but never activated within 24 hours of payment, and you have not been contacted by our team.
- Sustained service outage: StreamVault IPTV experiences a complete service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that is attributable to our infrastructure (not your internet connection or device).
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error.
- Technical incompatibility: The service is entirely incompatible with your device(s) and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of your subscription start date.
In all eligible cases, refunds are credited within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after the service has been activated and used.
- Failure to cancel before your subscription expires (subscriptions do not auto-renew).
- Poor streaming quality due to your internet connection speed or hardware limitations.
- Specific channels being unavailable (channel availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed).
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Subscription purchased using a promotional or discounted code — discount codes are applied to the purchase price and do not affect refund eligibility for the underlying policy terms.
- Partial months or unused days remaining on a subscription (we do not provide pro-rated refunds).
4. Reseller Packages
Reseller credit packages are non-refundable once credits have been allocated to your reseller panel. If you have purchased a reseller package and it has not yet been activated, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Partial refunds for unused credits are not available. We strongly recommend starting with our Starter package to evaluate the reseller platform before committing to larger packages.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the order.
- Your order reference number (e.g. SV-XXXXXX).
- The reason for your refund request.
- Any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots of error messages, proof of duplicate payment).

6. Processing Timeframe
We review all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
