By accessing or using StreamVault's IPTV service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to StreamVault, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and agree to these terms, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Service Description

StreamVault provides an IPTV subscription service delivering television content over internet protocol. The service includes access to live channels, catch-up content, and video on demand as specified in your chosen subscription plan.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are sold as described on our pricing page. Payment must be received in full before activation. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal, non-commercial use only unless you hold a valid reseller agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your credentials with third parties (unless on a multi-connection plan), resell or redistribute our service without a valid reseller agreement, use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our systems.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions. We will endeavour to notify customers of planned maintenance in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through StreamVault is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to access content through our service. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not offer prorated refunds except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, StreamVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
