StreamVault IPTV respects intellectual property rights. We respond promptly to valid notices of copyright infringement submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK/international copyright laws.

1. Overview

StreamVault IPTV (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”) operates in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. We take copyright infringement seriously and have adopted this policy to address alleged infringements of copyrighted material.

If you believe that content made accessible through the StreamVault IPTV service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement to our designated DMCA Agent using the procedure described below.

Please note: StreamVault IPTV does not host or originate content. We are a reseller of IPTV streaming services. For direct content removal requests, we will forward valid DMCA notices to the relevant content providers and take appropriate action with respect to our own service.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice (Takedown Request)

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication to our designated DMCA Agent that includes all of the elements listed in Section 3 below. Notices submitted without all required elements may not be acted upon.

We process valid notices within 5 business days. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content from our service;
  • Notify the affected subscriber or user (if applicable); and
  • Forward the notice to the relevant upstream content provider where appropriate.

3. Required Elements of a DMCA Notice

Your written notice must include all of the following elements to be considered valid under the DMCA:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (e.g. channel name, stream URL, or description).
  4. Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Warning: Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages, costs, and legal fees under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Please ensure your notice is accurate and in good faith.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, the courts of England and Wales), and that you will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the material may be restored.

5. Repeat Infringers

StreamVault IPTV has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringement, taking into account the volume, pattern, and nature of infringement claims.
