1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) and StreamVault IPTV (“StreamVault”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Service

StreamVault IPTV provides internet-based television streaming services, including access to live channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, electronic programme guide (EPG) data, and related features (“Service”). The Service is made available via IPTV protocols compatible with a range of consumer devices including Smart TVs, streaming sticks, mobile devices, and computers.

StreamVault IPTV acts as a reseller and aggregator of streaming content. We do not create, originate, or own the content available through our Service. Content availability may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use StreamVault IPTV. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

StreamVault IPTV is intended for personal, non-commercial use only (unless you have purchased a Reseller package under our Reseller Programme). Use of the Service for any public broadcast, commercial screening, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

4.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription credentials (M3U URL, username, password). You must not share your credentials with anyone outside your household. StreamVault IPTV is not liable for any unauthorised use of your account resulting from credential sharing or compromise.

4.2 Simultaneous Connections

Your subscription includes a specified number of simultaneous connections (1, 2, or 3 depending on your plan). Exceeding this limit may result in service interruption or account suspension.

4.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will be notified before your subscription expires. It is your responsibility to renew in time to avoid service interruption.

5. Payment & Billing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before service activation.

We accept payment via the methods communicated during the order process. StreamVault IPTV does not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors.

In the event of a chargeback or disputed payment, StreamVault IPTV reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the associated subscription without notice.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use StreamVault IPTV only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

• Share your subscription credentials with persons outside your household.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose, public screening, or broadcast.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of our streaming infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape our service.
• Attempt to circumvent any content protection, geo-restriction, or authentication mechanism.
• Use the Service to access, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of unlicensed content.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The StreamVault IPTV website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software (“Website Content”), is the property of StreamVault IPTV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website Content solely for your personal use in connection with the Service.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Website Content without our prior written consent. Third-party content accessed via our Service remains the intellectual property of its respective rights holders.

8. Disclaimers

StreamVault IPTV provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors, interruptions, or viruses. Channel availability and content libraries may change at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, including changes by content providers or network operators.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamVault IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to StreamVault IPTV in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

StreamVault IPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds upon cancellation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
