Amazon Firestick is one of the most popular devices for IPTV streaming — it is affordable, portable, and runs a full Android-based OS that supports all the best IPTV apps. This guide walks you through the complete setup process from a brand-new Firestick to watching 10,000+ live channels in under five minutes.
What You Need Before You Start
Before you begin, make sure you have the following ready:
- An Amazon Firestick (any generation — Fire TV Stick, Lite, 4K, or 4K Max)
- A working Wi-Fi connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed
- Your StreamVault IPTV login credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes)
- The Downloader app from the Amazon App Store (free)

Step 1 — Enable Apps From Unknown Sources
By default, Firestick only allows apps from the Amazon App Store. You need to enable third-party app installation:
- Go to Settings from the Firestick home screen
- Select My Fire TV
- Click Developer Options
- Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources
You only need to do this once. It stays enabled permanently.
Step 2 — Install the Downloader App
The Downloader app lets you sideload APK files onto your Firestick:
- Press the Home button and go to the search bar
- Search for "Downloader"
- Select the Downloader app by AFTVnews and click Download
- Wait for installation to complete
Step 3 — Download IPTV Smarters Pro

- Open the Downloader app
- In the URL bar, enter:

Step 4 — Add Your StreamVault Account
Now enter your StreamVault credentials into IPTV Smarters Pro:
- Open IPTV Smarters Pro and select "Add User"
- Choose "Login with Xtream Codes API"
- Enter your Username, Password, and URL exactly as provided in your StreamVault welcome message
- Tap Add User
Alternatively, if you have an M3U link, choose "Load your playlist or file/URL" and paste your M3U URL directly.
Step 5 — Start Watching

Troubleshooting Common Issues

App not installing: Double-check that "Apps from Unknown Sources" is enabled in Developer Options. Some newer Firestick OS versions show this setting under a slightly different menu path.

EPG not showing: Inside IPTV Smarters, go to Settings and trigger a manual EPG refresh. EPG data typically updates every 24 hours.
